SERVICES

I am currently accepting new clients ages 18-100 for individual therapy sessions. I use a variety of different therapy models with my clients depending on the person, but I do tend to lean heavily on CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and the tenets of positive psychology. Everyone has challenges, after all, we are all human! With my clients, instead of solely focusing on your mental health diagnosis, we will focus on your whole life experience. What is working for you? What is not working? The fact that you are considering going to therapy to better your mental health is a huge first step, and we want to honor that.
